Discovery review of current organization

Through interviewing leadership and staff members alike we can better determine any factors that might be missing in your current organization. Once this is complete we move to analyze our findings.

Using the data received through the interview and discovery process of the organization, we will apply the current data to the overall growth plan set by leadership and identify  skill gaps as well as opportunities to coach or upscale existing talent.

Plan design

After careful review of the data gathered through discovery, we will work with you leadership team to best develop the plan that is going to work with your organization. This will position your organization to have the right development plan in place to achieve the goals that you have set forth for yourself.

Plan Implementation

We will work with your existing staff to implement the plan and set realistic goals and timelines for the plan to take effect. This will ensure that the new organizational development plan has the runway needed in order for a successful launch.
